Where your order comes from, and how long each step takes

Three boxes showing the route of an order: our supplier in China, then transit to your address, then returns to Austin, Texas

Our supplier in China makes and ships every order directly to you. We do not hold stock in a U.S. warehouse, and we do not describe ourselves as if we did. If you have read a shop that says "ships from the USA" and then waited three weeks, you already know why that matters.

The three steps

Step Where How long
We get the order ready Our supplier, China 3 to 5 business days
It travels to you To your U.S. address 8 to 12 business days
Total 11 to 17 business days

Orders placed after 4:00 PM CT start the clock the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays, so a two week estimate is closer to three weeks on the calendar. We would rather you plan for that than be surprised by it.

What it costs

$7.95 on orders under $60. Free on orders of $60 or more. You do not pay customs or duties: our supplier ships delivered duty paid, so nothing is collected at your door.

Where we ship

All 50 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, and APO and FPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States. Alaska, Hawaii and the territories pay the same $7.95 as the lower 48, and the same free threshold applies.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email when the order leaves our supplier. The first scan can take 2 to 3 business days to appear, which is normal on this route and not a sign that something is wrong. If 17 business days have passed with nothing at your door, email support@festivehaven.com with your order number and we open a trace.

Returns take a different route

Returns do not go back to China. They come to our returns center at 3714 Bluestein Dr, Suite 700, Austin, Texas. You have 30 days from delivery, the reason does not matter, and we email you a prepaid label so the return costs you nothing. Refunds go out within 7 business days of the return reaching Austin.

Do not ship anything to that address before you email us. The label makes the return trackable, and without it we cannot match a box to an order.

Why we say all this out loud

A shop that hides where its clothes come from is asking you to find out the hard way. The route above is on our shipping page, our FAQ and in the footer of every page, and all of it reads from one record, so those pages cannot drift apart from the checkout.
