You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or an exchange. That window covers every order, including anything bought on sale.
What we take back
- We accept returns for defective items and for items you changed your mind about.
- We accept exchanges, including a different size or color.
- Items must be new and unused, with tags and original packaging.
- Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not have a store counter.

How to start a return
- Email support@festivehaven.com with your order number and the item you want to send back. Tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- We reply with a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Print the label, pack the item with its tags and packaging, and drop it off with the carrier named on the label.
- Ship to: Festive Haven Returns, 3714 Bluestein Dr, Suite 700, Austin, TX 78721, United States.
- We issue your refund within 7 business days after your return arrives at our returns center. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank decides when the credit shows on your statement.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We send a replacement or a full refund, and you keep the prepaid label at no cost. You do not need to ship a damaged item back before we act.
Exchanges
Tell us the size or color you want instead. We ship the new item once the original arrives at our returns center. If the exchange costs more, we email you a link for the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.
Canceling an order
Email us within 24 hours of placing the order and we cancel it at no charge. After that the order may already be with our supplier, and you would use the return process above.
