How long until my order arrives?
11 to 17 business days for most orders: 3 to 5 business days to process, then 8 to 12 business days in transit. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CT start the clock the next business day.
What does shipping cost?
$7.95 on orders under $60. Free on orders of $60 or more.
Where do you ship?
All 50 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, and APO and FPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States.
Where does my order ship from?
Our supplier in China ships it directly to you. We do not hold stock in a U.S. warehouse. Returns go to a different address, our returns center in Austin, Texas.
Can I return something I simply did not like?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery, and the reason does not matter. The item needs to be new and unused with its tags and packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. We email you a prepaid label to download and print, and we do not deduct the cost from your refund.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes. Email support@festivehaven.com and tell us what you want instead. We ship the replacement once the original reaches our returns center.
When do I get my money back?
Within 7 business days after your return arrives at our returns center. How quickly the credit appears on your statement after that is up to your bank.
Why is the fabric content missing on some pages?
Because our supplier has not confirmed it in writing yet. We would rather leave the line off than publish a number we cannot stand behind, so those styles stay off sale until the details are on the page.
Why are the product images drawings and not photos?
A technical flat shows the collar, the closure, the pockets and the stitching without the help of studio lighting or a model's posture. The color sheet shows each fabric color with its hex code for the same reason.
Do you have a phone number?
No. We run on email only: support@festivehaven.com, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT. We answer within 1 business day.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, at no charge. After that, use the return process.
Do I pay customs or duties?
No. Our supplier ships delivered duty paid.
