Festive Haven is a small outerwear shop run by SERANOVA BEAUTY LLC from Harrisonville, Missouri. We sell one category and try to sell it well: jackets, coats and vests for women who live through a real winter.
How we pick what we carry
We start from the weather, not the season. A vest that adds warmth without bulk on the arms solves a different problem than a knee-length puffer, so we group the shop that way: cold weather, rain and wind, and layering. If a style does not solve one of those clearly, we do not carry it.
How the drawings work
Every product page opens with a technical flat: a line drawing of the garment showing the collar, the closure, the pockets and the stitching. We draw them ourselves. A drawing shows construction more honestly than a photo taken under studio lights, and it never flatters a fit that is not there.
The color sheet in each gallery is the same idea. Each swatch is drawn to the fabric color we order, with the hex code under it, so you are looking at the color rather than the color plus lighting.
Where the clothes come from
Our supplier in China makes and ships every order directly to you. We do not stock inventory in the United States, and we do not claim to. Returns are the one thing that comes back to a U.S. address: our returns center in Austin, Texas.
What we do not do
- We do not run countdown timers, fake stock counters or a price we crossed out but never charged.
- We do not publish a fabric content, a garment weight or a measurement chart until our supplier confirms it in writing. Where you see a gap on a product page, that is the reason.
- We do not carry other brands' garments. Everything on this site is sold under our own name.
