Festive Haven is a small online outerwear shop. The store is owned by SERANOVA BEAUTY LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. We sell one category and try to sell it well: jackets, coats and vests for women who live through a real winter.
How we pick what we carry
We start from the weather, not the season. A vest that adds warmth without bulk on the arms solves a different problem than a knee-length puffer, so we group the shop that way: cold weather, rain and wind, and layering. If a style does not solve one of those clearly, we do not carry it.
About the product photos
The photos on each product page show the style and the colors we sell. Screens vary, so a color can look slightly different on your display. If you want a closer look at a detail before you order, email us and we will ask the maker.
Where the clothes come from
Our supplier in China makes and ships every order directly to you. We do not stock inventory in the United States, and we do not claim to. Returns are the one thing that comes back to a U.S. address: our returns center in Austin, Texas.
What we do not do
- We do not run countdown timers, fake stock counters or a price we crossed out but never charged.
- We do not guess at fabric content, garment weight or measurements. Where a product page says a detail is still being confirmed, our supplier has not confirmed it in writing yet. Email us and we will ask the maker before you order.
