Terms of service

These terms cover your use of festivehaven.com and anything you buy here. The site is operated by SERANOVA BEAUTY LLC, 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, United States. Using the site means you accept these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. We ship to addresses in the United States only, including Washington DC, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, and APO and FPO addresses.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax. Tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. Every size and every color of a given style costs the same, so the price you see on the product page is the price you pay for any variant of it.

We charge your payment method when you place the order. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

3. When an order becomes a contract

Your order is an offer. The contract starts when we send the confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order, for example if a price was listed incorrectly or a style is no longer available. If we decline after taking payment, we refund it in full.

4. What we say about the products

Product pages show technical flat drawings, not photographs, and color sheets drawn to the fabric colors we order. Screens vary, so a color can look different on your display than on ours.

Where a product page does not list a fabric content, a garment weight or a measurement chart, that information has not been confirmed by our supplier in writing yet, and we do not publish it until it has been.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@festivehaven.com if you think someone else has used it.

7. Our content

The drawings, color sheets, text and layout on this site belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

8. Limits on our liability

We are responsible for the order you paid for. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost time or lost profit, beyond what U.S. law requires. Nothing here removes a right you have under U.S. consumer law.
